:glasses: I have begun my fitness trail (like a hiking trail) today with a caloric count of my breakfast. My goal is to travel from 218 lbs. to 1701bs by July 1, 2014. 24 weeks a -2 lbs per week @t 1700 calories per day. I will attain this goal in conjunction with 60 minutes of aerobic and core strengthening exercising.:glasses:

    Hi There.

    Im a newbie as well.

    My "trail" is very simular to yours and my goal date is also for July when I have a planned trip to Italy.

    I'm currently 187lbs and would like to go down to 152lbs. Ive started last week on a 1300 calories per day and doing cardio at the gym 3/4 times a week. Ive been advised (on MFP) to start alternating cardio days with Strenght training or combining the two.

    What typ of work outs do you have planned?
