In answer to your simple question
I totally agree with fleetzz. There are several posts on here that show (and quite a bit of science) and prove to get a fit toned body lifting is the way to go. Especially for not just a skinny body but a healthy body.
I am also trying to lose my waist jiggle.
Squats, lunges, push ups, stairs, the plank are all simple things you can do at home, and you can also just do a few squats, here and there and get some benefit as well0
