One day at a time...

I've been on MFP for a long time, but really only dedicated for the last 8ish months. I was working out regularly with a trainer, 3x week and seeing results. Slowly, but results none the less. (I am working to be positive about this!) I had surgery on my ankle and my shoulder the week before Christmas. I had (non workout) injuries to both, that were made worse by my training schedule. Now, I am in recovery, and am having a hard time not being able to workout, to let my body heal, so that I can be even stronger than I was before.

I'd like a little support in patience and then ramping back up to where I once was, not the fastest or strongest, but better. Anyone up for the challenge? :)
