Any gents using MFP and Fitbit and runtastic?

Im trying to bring my weight down by 10kg (using the Ferriss slow carb diet) then build back up using lean mass.

Anyone trying to do the same thing? I am also using Fitbit flex and Runtastic apps.

Add me if you are, would be good for support/ideas/diet etc
