CALORIE HELP!

What should I be taking in for calories.

I am 5'3, 135lbs. I am only doing walking for excersice. I've been following LCHF for almost 2 weeks at an average of 1400 calories - not net cals. Haven't lost a pound.

Should I up my calories? I'm scared to gain weight if I do. Help/advice please!
