Add HIIT to Lifting routine to speed up Fat Lose????

I have a beach vacation coming up in ~4 weeks. I have been lifting pretty regularly for about a year I also incorporate some HIIT cardio into my routine. I would like to decrease my body fat a little more for an upcoming vacation. Should I increase my HIIT workouts and decrease my weight lifting? Just looking for some HELPFUL advise please and thank you :)
