Check your goals periodically. I just noticed that my goal of 1 pound per week has adjusted for my weight loss and now gives me daily cals to lose only 0.9! If you've been on here for a while yours might be lower than you planned for, too.0

Unless your goal is to weigh 60-75 lbs (I have no idea how many rocks that is), your protein macro is way too low. Increase that.0

I agree with all of the above. I've took a pick at your diary and just by looking at the ritz crackers the nutrition facts are wrong. They do have sodium. We all know what it does to us. Next time you log your food keep all your products near by and choose the accurate ones from food list in MFP, it take you a bit longer, but it's worth the effort. You're doing good and nothing was waisted, on the contrary it has given you more control. Keep it up :-)0

I've heard a lot that, when dieting, you should drink 1% milk instead of skim. It has some fat that will help your metabolism when you are only eating special k for breakfast. Also I read that special K has just as much sugar and the kid cereals. Look into Kashi and other organic brands, they tend to have less sugar, not as tasty, but those two changes might kick start your metabolism? google eat this not that cereals for reference?0

1%? Drink whole milk.
Fat is delicious, filling, and good for you. But you can drink skim milk. It doesn't matter where you get the fat from, as long as you get it.0 -
You may not be eating enough. Try eating your BMR and eating your exercise calories back. 1200 may be too restrictive.0
