    I don't always grunt loudly at the gym, but when I do, it's because I have 400+ lbs on my back. lmao

    Yeah but you got 400+ lbs on your back. If you didn't grunt, we'd be calling the authorities about the escaped T-100.

    It's those ****noses who pick up a 20kg plate to load the bar and sound like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally that are the problem.

    Ha, this reminded me of the other day when I walked up to the power rack and someone had two 5 lb weights on both ends. I had my music on, but I let out a very loud, WTFISTHIS****. Kids these days.
