  • Hi. Im new to this so looking for some friends to motivate me. Im 39 and looking to lose weight by my 40th birthday at end of march. I'm a busy mum of 2, working part time.     Hello, I just turned 22 in December, I graduate college in May. I currently do not work, I take care of my mom and grandparents. I have started with spinning as exercise. I do 20 mins - 1 hour depending on pain levels. I love to walk trails in the warmer months. Anyone who like may add me. My last college semester started this week so I haven't been as active as I like.

    I requested you! Just graduated, I'm 22 (23 in March) and I have my first desk job. I have never sat down for this long during a day in my entire life!! I gained weight after graduation but I want to lose it again, and a bit more if possible!

    I'm 22 and since I started uni my weight has been up and down all the time, too many parties and late night study snacks! Trying to get into some sort of normal habit now!

    Trying to be more active on here but I'm horrible with online friendships. However, my life is about to become all fitness and health all the time preparing for surgery in June so making friends is good~ :)

    21, from the UK. I try to eat clean and aim for high protein...I'm a student though so that doesn't always pan out. I do HIIT training and Zombies run 5k training at the moment. Always looking for more active friends.

    My name is Jess and I’m 22, turning 23 in February! I graduated university back in June and my eating habits had become extremely poor. Eat whatever was convenient and was tasty. One day I looked in the mirror and asked myself “when did I gain all this weight?”. From that moment on I thought to myself that it’s time to make healthier choices so that I can feel better about myself. Since going to university, I gained a bunch of weight that I am not proud of. I am 5’4”, 176 lbs and I want to loose 56 lbs to go back to what I used to be before I got these bad eating habits. I’m currently working out three times a week on the treadmill to start. I am looking to make some friends who are around my age who are also wanting to get healthier and happier!
