Hey i'm John absolutely love the mobile aspect of this site. I can enter my food as i go through the day and keeps me on track. I enter the cardio and just love the idea of tracking and being accounted for in my quest to lose weight, get of medication, and just feeling more healthy in general. The only thing i don't see how i can calculate my strength training. It doesn't track the calories i lost but other than that it's excellent. Feel free to chat anytime................have fun !!!!
