5'8-ish 30-ish ladies out there? bad knees or good?

Looking for some similar friends!
I'm 31 - 5'8 and recently regained 25 lbs in the past year 'off' - i was lazy and eating like a kid.
i had knee surgery back in 2012 and am limited to non impact cardio - no jumping, running or high impact (weep i miss it) but i do bike, weight train, and anything else i can.
once i am motivated.. i am in.. i am usually all in or all out (hence the past 8-11 months)
If you have similar goals - (even with good knees! ) friend me! I check MFP a few times a day, and workout 5-6x a week.

Hi! I'm 32/f, 5'10"! I don't have bad knees per se, but they twist really easily, so I have to refrain from stuff that involves changing direction quickly or jumping sideways.0
