Just wondering how many calories you eat to maintain, and how much you are exercising?
Thank you.:flowerforyou:

My Goal is about 25 lbs lighter than this but I am 4'9" I would suggest calculating your TDEE..You can find tons of calculators for this online...I would eat your TDEE calories each day..they take your exercise level in to account so it is easy to keep up with. You can even alter your calories etc on MFP to the higher range in the setting section..0

I'm 125 at 5'2". To maintain I eat 1500-1800 on average per day before exercise.
Some days, I can go up as high as 2000+.
6x a week I do elliptical for an hour and on the 7th day, I take a long walk.
3-4 days a week I lift.
ETA-I still would like to lose 5 more but I'm not ready to yet.0 -
I'm 5ft, 6in and my maintenance window is 117.5lbs-120lbs.
I zig zag my calories-eating less during the week so I can have epic weekends  But, it averages out to around 2,250 a day. Anything less than this and I see drops in the scale (bad).
Exercise-winter routine:
3 days /30 minutes at home strength training program (Mark Lauren, Body By You)
2-3days/20-30 minutes jogging/'jump roping' on rebounder (mini trampoline)0 -
I'm 5'3, 126ish, and 33 years old. Based on the MFP calc (I think I still have it set at lose .5lb), I am set at 1450 cals. I have the "activity level" set at "lightly," I think. I'm a stay-at-home mom with 1 kid at home, and 1 kid at school.
I exercise 5-6 days a week. 2 days of strength-training; 3 days of cardio; and trying to add a 3rd day of weights consistently. I usually work out 40-70 mins a day depending on what I am doing. I *usually* burn 300-500 cals and eat MOST (if not all) of the cals back. I'm usually eating about 1850-1950. I definitely overdo cals on the days I DON'T workout, which seems weird, right?0 -
I eat around 1400-1600 calories and have been 123-125ish for over 3 years. I work out at least twice a week. Dancing, jogging, running in place. Nothing intense.
MFP says I need 1650 to maintain my weight.0 -
I'm not exactly maintaining at the moment, trying to lose vanity weight but at 125lbs, I'm usually around 1500-1600 sedentary and no exercise.0

I posted this because I wanted to get an idea of how many calories I might be able to eat once I'm down to my goal weight. I hope to keep up my current rate of exercising. I do strength training 3 days per week, and walk most days of the week. I have been doing Zumba once week, but I think I won't be doing that much longer, so have to increase my walking to make up for it.0
