Scoobys TDEE Help

I'm trying to fill out Scoobys TDEE calculator..

I'm stuck on the activity level bit after entering, sex, weight, height.

What I need to know is - is it asking for Daily or Weekly activity?

Do I need to enter an average here? As I work out 1 hour 3-4 days but this includes 10-15 mins weights and then at weekends I work out 1-1&1/2 hours on Saturday usually as above and then 1-3 hours on Sunday.. Depending if I feel like doing a Gym & Swim or Gym and walk or Gym and Cycle or just Gym.. So I work out approx 8-10 hours a week.

So over 7 days should I calculate at maybe 90 mins ish per day?

But I have an office job.. That would be pretty sedentary without the workouts.. Appart from If I go for a 30-40 mins walk in my lunch hour, weather and if I feel like it dependant??
