Third Time Lucky and determined, new friends wanted !

Hi All

Third time on here and this time I am determined to keep it off. After loosing 45lb last year for my wedding I have put 14lb back on in 2 months.

I am totally to blame as I stopped going to the gym and stopped weight lifting. However putting the weight back on has proved to me how unhealthy this extra weight is.

Loss of breath after climbing stairs
Indigestion and Acid
Aching knees and feet (mainly after going out with the girls dancing)
No energy in the morning
Poor sleep
No labedo (not good for a newly married)

So there you have it, I have seen the light and the errors of my ways

So it's back to primal eating, the gym and determination to shift the 14lb gain in 4 weeks and to loose a further 32lb to take me to goal by May

So please feel free to add me, I'm a daily user and here to motivate, motivate, motivate, make some new MFP friends along the way and have some fun while we sweat :0)
