42 year old returning to MFP...HI!

I used my fitness pal every day while doing P90X about a year and a half ago and it was very helpful to track calories. I did not tap into the social media aspect of this however. When I completed P90X I stopped using mfp and that was that. 20 months later and ironically 20 pounds heavier it is time to ramp it up again. I am going to be doing some Focus T25 and P90X, probably in some sort of hybrid form. 195 lbs has always been the top of the scales and the motivating weight to say, "Off the couch and into the gym!"
