Want Vegan, Allergy Sensitive, High Protein, Low fat meals?

High everyone

For those who dont already know, i have quite a range of allergies that have affected me all my life, while also being vegan
I have usually found it hard to find foods i can eat so have had to be creative with what i cook, make, eat etc

I have thus started a food blog to post several of the recipes i have come up with in a hope to provide a greater range of foods to those who have similar problems but still want a more diverse food intake.

It will specialise in high protein foods, but will have quite a wide range as i gradually get around to typing out all my recipes

The meals will be free of most of, if not all the following (as well as being 100% vegan)
- Gluten
- Wheat
- Dairy
- Added sugar
- Rice
- Corn
- Nuts
- Soy

There will also be several paleo and raw options too

It will also have allergy friendly version of some well known foods such as sausage rolls, meat balls, cakes, muffins, slices, cookies, quiche etc

If you have a particular allergy or food preference you would like me to cater for, please let me know ASAP and i will try my hardest to accomodate
Also, if you would wish for a certain recipe to have something replaced or be lower in carb etc please let me know

So far i only have 1 recipe up, but will be putting up quite a few more across the next few days
