this is for all those who want a healthy alternative to broccoli.
ingredients:
- cauliflower
- green food dye
instructions:
1) steam cauliflower (or cook as per preference)
2) fill bowl with hot water and green food dye
3) submerge cooked cauliflower in water/food dye solution for 5 minutes
4) remove cooked cauliflower
5) drain
6) serve
enjoy! :drinker:

some say raw broccoli can affect your thyroid, but only if you have iodine issues already…and cauliflower has the same affect. So, I would just stick with your steamed broccoli instead of dyed cauliflower.0 -

That's my question. If you can't eat broccoli or don't like it, but like cauliflower, then why not just eat cauliflower? It doesn't need to hide as something else.0 -

well, that really depends...did you grow the broccoli yourself in your garden? If so, you're golden...but if you bought it at a grocery store then you're getting into varying degrees of processing and everyone knows that's bad. If you have to get it from your store it's best to buy it fresh with the full stocks...do not buy it fresh in a bag of just florets or frozen...at that point, it's just too far processed to be of any value to your body.
Cauliflower is exempt from these rules because cauliflower is white...0 -
