I am fat and in my early 50s, I was in a great groove last year because I finally found a trainer who knew how to motivate me and put his foot up my butt. He was a former combat marine and convicted meth dealer who had seen a little bit of life. While we exercised at a gym the focus was more on body weight and free weights than complicated machines... by the time I moved at the end of the year I was doing things that I had not done in my 20s. While I miss my trainer, Kevin, and have not found a gym to box at in my new town I have found my fitnesspal an invaluable tool and am joining a new gym at the end of the month. Due to the Polar Vortex I have not done much road work in my new shoes.

You'll find someone. Or, write down what he had you do and start doing it. That works too.0
