So I'm starting Week 3 of my first round of Insanity and for the past week I've had a mild wrist pain that goes up into my pinky, but today it's been feeling a little more sore than normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I push through the pain, maybe just modify the work outs, or rest completely?

If you're having sharp pain from doing it, don't do it. Modify the movement.

That sounds like some sort of nerve thing going on. I wouldn't push through the pain on this. I've pushed through the pain on some things, and am indeed dealing with shoulder inflammation and pushing through that until I get it looked at...just taking aleve and icing and it's been good. Strange thing is, my shoulder doesn't hurt once warmed up.

Either way, just be safe out there! First time I tried Insanity I hurt my back....and my back WAS hurting during this, but my core got stronger and it's been better. I think you can do it, just have to be careful!
