How accurate is this calculator? I linked from another post and was surprised at my answers. According to it I am 'obese' but my body fat% is 'acceptable'?

I'm very new to the idea of ignoring the scale and using other markers. I already know that my hip to waist ratio is good. Also, when I go to the doctor all of my numbers are perfect, except my weight. I don't get out of breath when my skinny friends do and I love to exercise. My battle has always been with the scale.

I am NOT looking for an excuse to stop eating healthy and exercising. I definitely want my BF% in that "athlete' range!!! I just have spent so many years ignoring my good numbers and concentrating on just my weight. My brain is confused.
