can any body help me out with a little problem, im taking my kids away for the weekend and as part of their treat i am talking them to planet Hollywood, but what on earth can i eat. Im trying to prepare and plan so i can stay as near to my limit as possible.

    If I know I have an event or special occasion coming up I will bank some calories over the course of the week and on the day of have a light breakfast and lunch and go and enjoy myself for that event or dinner.... Best of Luck
