Why does my weight fluctuate so much?

I'm onto loosing my last 20 pounds and it's frustrating to see the numbers on the scale bounce around so much. I don't eat anymore than 1600 calories a day and I run three miles at least five times a week. I am very diligent about how I workout and what I consume. It's much more satisfying to see a 145 on the scale instead of a 150. Why does this happen?
Thanks

You eat and drink and Pee and poop. All those things factor in to what you weigh at any given moment. Its normal. Stop weighing yourself so often....it will drive you nuts!0

It happens because weight fluctuation is normal.0

just think that water bottle you drink adds about 1 pound to your weight, but it flushes out when you pee or sweat. Also the food you eat weighs something also.0

The same thing happens to me. I notice that sodium has something to do with it, as well as my cycle. I ALWAYS drop 2 pounds in the first week of my cycle (since I had gained them over the past week or so)0
