Hey Everyone,
How do you track your calories burned (better and more accurately) on MFP? So far all I see is burned calories with cardio work, but I busted butt today at Crossfit, and that includes weights, and it says I only burned 105 calories, which is total bunk!! Do I need to get a heart rate monitor or Fitbit or something to get a better reading? How does everyone else do it?

Get a heart rate monitor and prepare to be disappointed.0

Crossfit isn't a huge calorie burner, especially if the individual also has mediocre cardio fitness.0
