I've been wanting to work on my health for awhile now.
Honestly, I had a lot of misinformation when it came to my relationship with food and exercise and it's amazing what an good ol' hour of honest reading can do to change your perspective. I think I'm finally starting to understand that diets don't work. That for me to be healthy I don't necessarily have to go into some kind of penitence for X amount of days. That it doesn't work if you abstain from this and indulge in that for X amount of days. That for me to be healthy all I need is some education and to build a healthy relationship with food and exercise. That it truly is a life-style change.
