Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated are good fats right? Trans is obviously bad, what about saturated? Thanks

saturated = bad fat.
but you were correct on all the rest. you want unsaturated, the ones with Omega 3 fatty acids and Omega 6 fatty acids. Oh and a side note, Hydrogenated means trans fat. Like "Partially hydrogenated soy bean oil" is no good.0
