I have told myself I would work out consistently a few times but after a while I dont take it seriously. I am a 19 year old female with scoliosis and I have gained 30 pounds in six months and it has put strain on my body and made my health issues a lot worse. I am getting a gym membership on Friday and plan to work out at least three times a week and hopefully have to ability to be confident in my appearance once again.

just keep progressing. You don't have to reach your destination fast as long as you do reach it. Keep on walking and you will make it to the same endpoint as anyone else. Let nothing become an excuse. Make things happen or they never will.0
