So I have used this before and I love it and I am glad that I am back!! It is awesome to see so many people wanting to make life changes and start living healthy. Good luck to all!!

    i know, me too! i just joined but am addicted to checking in. it really has made me think what i put in my mouth. no more mindless eating!
