It seems every time I look for a new class to join such as spin or bootcamp even yoga there are instructions on their websites about cleanses and detoxes or products they sell supporting cleanses and detoxes.
I'm so annoyed because I want to try these classes but I cannot support them knowing that THEY support such nonsense!
