Hi all,
Im new to this and hoping to find others in my situation (or not and want to give me advice)

Im currently a single mum to a 2 1/2 year old. This in itself makes all fitness plans difficult to stick too due to lack of 'me time'

I also work full time in a office resulting in an overdose of coffee, biscuits and the occasional chocolate.

Combine all of this together and you get a rather unfit individual.

Anyone got any tips on where to start??
