Calling all Road Warriors

I'm hoping that there are other Road Warriors out there who will contribute their experiences and ideas.
3 years ago I used MFP to loose nearly 57 pounds, so I know it works. Early last year I changed jobs. I LOVE what I do, but it requires me to be on the road a good part of the year. (I have more frequent flyer and hotel points that should be legally allowed by law) Last year I was away from home 9 months, and you guessed it!....the weight crept up back on to the tune of about 25 pounds. I've been back at my home station for the last 6 weeks and have had some success getting part of it off, even with the holidays. However, Im due to be back on the road against next week... and Im a bit apprehensive about Travel + Weightloss + Exercise
When traveling I try to stay some place that has a small kitchen, or at least a decent sized fridge so I can keep fruit, veg, yogurt etc available. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesnt. I also try to avail myself of the hotel onsite exercise facilities. Again, sometimes that works, sometimes it doesnt. Mostly because of unscheduled late evenings and the fact that after 12 hrs on my feet, Im way passed dead tired.
For those of you that travel extensively, what do you do to stay on track?
