Take the ground turkey and make it into a long flat hamburger looking thing and grill it up. After its cooked, take the Jalepeno and throw it in the pan as well until it becomes soft.

Put the tortilla into the pan, and brown it, then spread the cream cheese on one half of the tortilla. Place the turkey on the same side as the cream cheese. Add cooked jalepenos.
