Problem with losing weight!

For around 5 months now I have been eating around 1200 calories a day (a bit more on exercise days) and going swimming for 30-45 mins 3 times a week, as well as going to a legs bums tums class twice a week, and doing cross trainer etc when I can.

I lost around a stone at first, but since then I have lost no more. I'm desperate to lose another stone but I can't change much more.

Typical day of eating is:

Breakfast: v small amount of oat granola, low fat yoghurt and fruit

Lunch: soup OR wholemeal roll with chicken, banana and tangerine

Tea: usually something like spag Bol, curry (slimming world recipes), salad - everything is homemade and low fat

If I snack it is always healthy. I don't get what more I can do.

Can you see anywhere I am going wrong? I am 22, female, 5'3 and 146lb
Thanks

    Open your food diary up.

First, do you use a food scale? Second, with very little to lose, a large deficit isn't recommended. Pending you are accurate with your logging then eating more will be suggested. And lastly, can you open your food diary?

How accurate is your food logging? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing portion sizes?
Are you eating back any of your earned exercise calories and if so are you using a heart rate monitor or MFP/gym machine estimates to determine them?
How long has it been since you've seen a drop on the scale?

I'm sorry to repeat what some of the others are saying, but it's important to cover all the bases to make sure we're giving you accurate advice. Otherwise we'd all just be hoping that our advice fits your unique situation. :flowerforyou:

I am the same height, one year younger and was about the same weight when I started in november last year.. sounds like a logging error to me, also 1200 is quite low for that amount of activity

Well, I love mysteries but this post feels a bit like reading a mystery novel that's missing the last page. OP, I hope you were able to find what you were looking for.
