NewISH and need some help!

I started using this site over a year ago after I gave birth to my son. When I delivered I weighted 192lbs. After working out for months I got down to about 142....and stayed there. I work out and eat healthy most of the time but no matter what I do I can't get below 140. My body is WAY different post baby and I'm just wondering if anyone out there has any tips or suggestions? I do cardio and weight training and I've tried the insanity work outs. They are hard for me to follow because all that jumping make me super dizzy. I just need something to help me get over this plateau! oh and I'm 24. lol not sure if that makes a difference.

    do you notice any physical changes in your body even though the weight isnt changing? Maybe you are going through a period where you are building muscle or toning up instead of losing weight? have you changed up your workout routine recently?
