Workout Schedule

I just finished my first "total body fitness" workout. It's basically 30 minutes of high intensity interval circuit training. I seriously feel like I am going to throw up, but it felt like a great workout and it was fun. It is a once a week class. The rest of my week has been more strength training and cardio in the gym. But in comparison to what I did today, it felt like a walk in the park!

Obviously, I don't feel like I could do that class every day, but is once a week good enough? Should I be doing more or less on my other workouts?
