Insanity questions, Im from the Uk

Hello every body My name is Lexi and i am 18, i currently weigh 182 pounds so around 13 stone and i am 5 foot 6.
My weight goes up and down drastically one minute ill be looking good and next ill have bulges in places i didn't no was possible lol. I am a serious comfort eater have been from the age of around 12/13 i got ill when i was around 13 and was bed bound with hsp so i just ate and ate, i dont like many foods i vomit off the slitest thing lol, but i just was depressed and turned to food but crisps and chocolate and pepsi max ! i used to have 20 cans a day around 12 bags of crisps and packs of chocolate i started to get better and returned almost to normal but the eating habbits and the pepsi still remained i tried to cut down but i just didnt have the will power untill i looked in the mirror and saw myself and hated what was looking back i used to be very athletic when i was younger and now i have no stamina or fitness lol. i met my beautiful husband to be and he helped me so much in life, he made me so happy that i decided i wanted to look good and be fit and change my ways.. i now have successfully cut out all crap in my life no crisps chocolate anything !!! there were times i was close to going back but i wontt ! it hasnt been long since i packed them in and decided to do insanity, i am on my 8th day, i do stuggle as my joints are bad from my hsp but i really go for it as i want it so bad i want to look how i feel lol, the problem is the diet that comes with it, i cannot stand any thing from it !!! my stomach wont hack the foods and ive seen people say it wont work without it.. but i physically cant eat the food ! i am working out as hard as i can i just hope that that side wont let me down !!
i am struggling to think of foods to eat i feel like im eating the same thing every day because i dont like anything, ive tried so much different variety of food and it just makes me feel sick ! i really hope that somebody could help me with a kind of diet plan ! as ii would feel so much better knowing i had one, i want to have a variety so im going to write a list and if any body could help me i would really appreciate it !! small meals big meals snacks anything ! i just need a little bit of help x
i made a kind of diet plan which i will include on here except theres missing boxes because i cant think of anything else i like im eating a large portion because the variety is so small and i think it may reduce my chances of weight loss. ive been having 4 boiled eggs a day which is rediculous because i dont no what to have lol so instead of me babling on any more ill try and include the pictures if you could help i would be forever grateful xxxxxx

sweetcorn
banana
peppers
curry chicken mild
garlic
basil
garlic bread
turkey
vegtable pakoras
beetroot
spring onion
pasta with some sort of tomatoe sauce
brocolli
red grapes
apple
herbal sausages
toast with jam
bacon
boiled with red sauce ( no middle )
onion
tomatoe soup
beef burgers
onion bagees
spaghetti with no mince meat and tomatoe sauce
corn on the cob
crackers with cheese and butter.
thats everything i like... other than crap xx
