i am so tired our church is inrevival this week and i am worn out i need something quick that i can fix for dinner help0

if you have some veggies add them to some chopped tomatoes/sauce...pasta should take about 5-10 mins whilst sauce is cooking then eat!!! add herbs if required!
alternatively jacket potatoe in microwave with some baked beans or tuna salad

McDonald's salads (grilled chicken is awesome)...
McDonald's snack wrap - grilled chicken, half ranch dressing (that is how I do it!)...
Subway veggie or turkey sub...
Pizza - I get them to do whole wheat crust, easy sauce (or it gets soggy from all the veg), just a sprinke of cheese, and lots of veggies).
Just some ideas (I'm a take out girl when exhausted!).
