Everyone who is saying pizza.

I could literally be sick full, and I would find the space to cram a slice or two in. There's just something about the combination of hot cheese and bread that makes me mental.

It could be because every single 'happy' event of my childhood included pizza - birthdays, graduations, rewards in school, etc. Pizza pizza pizzaaaaaa!
  • Pizza. I'll order some for myself, then huddle up in my room and eat all of it (usually a domino's medium + bread bites). I'll be full after like 2 pieces, but next thing I know, no more pizza. Cookies too, that's why I don't buy them!

Chips, or anything crunchy and salty. I have to buy one of the little bags if I have a craving, because I will eat an entire large bag of chips and then still have room for dinner!

I had a wicked chocolate craving tonight though , and bought one of those 3 packs of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. At 220 calories for three, I enjoyed them ALL and still have calories left in my day!

    Ice cream, yoghurt, cheesecake.
    Lots of dessert foods.

Anything still in its packaging instead of measured out and put into a bowl. Sometimes I will measure stuff and put it back into the carton/tub because I get a weird happy thrill from eating straight from the jar.

Nutella, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies, oats (yeah oats), pizza, pasta, plain brown rice (yeah plain), donuts, chocolate muffins, sourdough bread, garlic bread.....

I guess I'm a carb addict lol. I grew up in China, where 70% or more of your daily energy just comes from carbs..... 50% is the minimum I can get by with...
  • Oreos ( I literally do not go near them )
Mini chocolates ( like boxed chocolates ,truffles etc )
Ice cream - I have someone else do my portion or buy individual portions or I'll eat as much of the tub as I humanly can xD
    Ditto cake ^

My triggers are Hershey with almonds and Coca Cola, wonderful, but dangerous.

Ice cream. It's just so delicious and not even a bit filling, I could eat the whole tub of it with ease.

My only other real sweet food vice is baklawa and its ilk.

Any refined carb/simple sugar basically, and ...cheese. That means, for me: I love baking and baked goods, so I can easily eat far too much cookie dough, cake batter, brownie batter, sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, etc. It doesn't even matter if it's the finished product. I could eat that batter for days. Pasta, too (caaaaarbs!). I can't stop it, and then I just want more of it, because it's not even so filling to me. I love cheese, too, basically all kinds, but especially a very sharp or smoky cheddar, muenster, or ricotta. And from that salt, I just want something sweet and want to bake a treat... what a ruthless cycle.
  • Bread, that's why I buy the Country Kitchen 35 calorie/slice bread :) Guilt free bread eating :p

For me it is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. After I eat that, I just want toast with jelly, cereal, anything sweet that's around. UGH! it sucks, because I love peanut butter and jelly. :( Also, if I buy a bag of individually wrapped anything that's chocolate I can eat the whole bag in nearly one sitting. Of course, I've never actually done that but if it weren't for having to share the bag with someone, I would've scarfed it. So If I need chocolate I will get one single piece of chocolate. I haven't had real chocolate in a long time though. The last time I had chocolate was in a homemade cookie. And a couple weeks ago my mom had bought some chocolate and it was in a bag on the table and she took the bag to the other room thinking that I had not seen it and was hoping that I would not ask for any! when people hide food from me it pisses me off. I hate poeple who are stingy with sweets and stuff. Okay, I don't hate them but it really irks me. Anyway, so I figured out a game plan when I need chocolate haha.
