Want to start 30DS but have a little problem..

No problem getting the motivation to do it. However, I heard there's a lot of jumping and such involved which is a big no for me. I live in a condo on the second floor and if I start jumping the grumpy man downstairs will for sure hear it and complain if it persists..

I'm sure there's other exercises I can do when Jillian decides to jump around but I'm not sure what exercises those are exactly? I need something just as intense as whatever she's doing.. :~(

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I say do the 30DS and go hard, land lightly and try to be mindful of the time of day and area of the condo you're working out in :) GL
