week 2 no sugar :)

well not exactly no sugar but i eliminated all junk food sugary drinks and most take out. the energy i feel is unbelievable its a constant level of energy throughout the day no drops whatsoever. i have no cravings and my appetite has decreased dramatically. ive never felt so good on any diet ive attempted. i highly recommend trying to get your daily sugar intake down to 30g day. motivated to continue :)

    I've recently started cutting out refined sugars from my foods and I've already noticed a MASSIVE difference in my overall energy stability. Definitely agree, it's pretty awesome :D I'm not one for "no sugar ever!!" like I've seen since I started researching it, but lowering refined sugar intake seems to have some serious benefits (even if it's really hard sometimes since so many foods kind of hide it in the ingredients of stuff it doesn't really belong in).
