Newbie

Hi everyone
I'm new to myfitness pal and new to exercising I am three days into my fitness plan, I went the gym yesterday to a class I came out feeling great and now I feel sore in my thighs and abs. I have got a session with a personal trainer tomorrow and I'm just wondering if I should go for a swim first to loosen my muscles up?
