Question about TDEE

When I am trying to figure out my TDEE, should I put sedentary as my lifestyle since I have a desk job? I work out 5-6 days a week so I am not sure if I should put that in instead. I'm not sure what formula I should use to lose 1 lb per week.

Any help is appreciated!

    TDEE takes your workouts into account, so you wouldnt be sedentary, more like moderately active, or whichever one assumes you workout 5 days a week. from that number you subtract 500 calories to figure out the average daily calories you should be eating

    I'd say if you worked out HARD and INTENSE 6 days a week I'd go with moderately active. Leave the high activity for guys that have physical labour jobs all day long
