Okay to me they are big. This is my 5th day with no soda and the 5th morning IN A ROW I have gotten my butt outa bed in the morning to excersize. I am starting out very slow with excersize in the moring untill I adjust to getting up dont want to overwhelm myself. I am so excited cuz I am ready!! I have been watching my intake and doing some excersize but havent been focusing the last several months. I started my chem class and had to walk up 4 flight of stairs and could barely breath last year I could have ran up them. Yesterday the stairs where easier then Monday and I didnt have to walk into the bathroom to catch my breath and hide lol. I am also very proud to say that the last 5 days I have not overeaten at dinner. That is big for me this is all making me feel strong again and I know I can do this. My sister is sooo supportive and started the site too. Yay today I am celebrating with words not food :)

Here's to celebrating the small steps. You have to walk before you can run! Sounds like you are on your way.

    It's massive steps and WTG!!!

As long as you give yourself goals to reach to each time, you will continue to stay motivated.

    Go, go, go!!!! :flowerforyou:

What is it with putting those chem labs high in the sky anyway? My chem lab was on the 3rd floor in undergrad, I remember. I HATED those stairs. Carrying the massive textbooks on your back doesn't help either.

But it sounds like you're showing them who's boss. Good job.

Congratulations that's wonderful. You'll be running those stairs in no time. There are no small successes. You rock and I know you'll reach your goals.
