Do "earned exercise calories" follow my preset macros?

Options
Hey guys new to the site, just wondering about the extra calories added to the daily goal after a workout or cardio.

When calories are added to the daily goal as a result of having exercised, do these calories follow the preset macro ratios(carbs, fat, protein) which I entered for my original goal, and distribute the "grams needed" for each in the food diary table?

I am pretty sure they do just by looking at it, but I wanted to make sure, and I can't stand to read one more thread with these people in it who don't/won't grasp that they already set a caloric deficit by setting up their "goals", and if they don't eat back what they exercise, they will be eating too little

anyway /endrant and thanks for the advice guys

Yes. When you exercise, you'll see your Carb/Fat/Protein/Etc goals also increase.
