MFP Newbie

Though I've been a MFP member for a while, I've only only used it consistently for just over a week. I am 41 years old and have 150 lbs. I plan on losing. My immediate goal is to run a 5K in July. I walked the same race last year and came in next to last! That will NOT happen this year.

I look forward to meeting others to share support and ideas with.
