About Weekly Calories

Hi there.
I found the amazing Excel spreadsheet done by Pu_239 , and have been using it. But I do have a question about weekly counting.

When you start, then you finish the week, if you have extra calories left, should you add those calories to the next week?
For example, I get to the end of my week, and have 200 calories remaining. Should I *kitten* those calories to my next week? Or should I just reset my next week back to normal?

Hope someone can help!
