I keep going over on my calories with fruit, whether or not I track them... is it bad to go over with fruit?

It doesn't matter if you go over your calories with fruit, chocolate or a Big Mac...it all equates to being over your calorie goal. Calories in fruit don't have any magical caloric-surplus-negating properties0

It's not "bad" to go over your calories, but it does create a smaller daily deficit. Calories from fruit are still calories.0

Calories from fruits and vegetables count, and you need to track them if you are using MFP's calorie goal.
Other eating plans that don't have you track them have you eat a lower amount in the first place to counterbalance the non-counted fruits and vegetables you're expected to eat.0
