is it okay to go over fat,sodium and sugar? :/ im trying my best to stick to it but I dont seem to be eating enough.

    Sodium will not cause weight gain, but it can cause water retention, which will show up on the scale temporarily. It's not a big deal. Just stay well-hydrated.
    As for sugar, there's no need to track it unless you have a medical reason to do so because your sugar intake is already accounted for in your carbs. Most people choose to track something else, like potassium, calcium, or fiber.
    You can also adjust your macro percentages by going to Goals, and then Custom. 40% Carbs, 30% Fat, and 30% Protein is a popular ratio.

    If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. :smile:

    It doesn't really matter, just stick to your calorie goal. I only ever really care about sodium (for water retention) and getting enough protein.
