    Neither. Spinach or broccoli FRIED IN BUTTER...that's the solution! Yum!

    Alternative: spinach or broccoli fried in bacon grease!

    Steamed, I'll take broccoli. I only like spinach raw, or mixed with something. Don't like it steamed on its own, it has a weird texture.
