So, I know that the start of the year is for New Year Resolutions, but my journey to become healthier started last July. I've always struggled with my weight especially in high school due to bad eating and lack of exercise. So, these past four months or so I began running four days a week and changing my eating habits. And now i'm down around 30 lbs since high school and I couldn't be happier. I also have lifted weights with my boyfriend on random days!

I've been slowly losing weight for three years, but my most weight lost has been in the recent four months. Until then I would go up and down on the scales.
