Working towards a great summer and a new lifestyle!

Hi everyone!!

I am new to myfitnesspal, and I am excited to document my journey towards a healthier (and lighter) lifestyle. Very New Year's resolution(y) ;) I know. I am a typical see-saw dieter and very tired of it. Now that this is affecting my self-confidence I am trying to make this more of a lifestyle change than my usual diet and exercise spurt.

I am starting out with my tried and true Insanity workout. I am in week 1 and finished Cardio Recovery (my legs burn) a few hours ago. I am hoping by the time summer arrives I can actually wear a swimsuit without wanting to disappear!
